The virtue

So, 2 down. In less than 2 days, another paper is on the way. Well, even if you ask each and everyone of us how are studying now, perhaps the best answer than suits that is "IDK, all I think about about is going back to Malaysia". For almost every summer examination session we will keep on saying this thing. Excited. Plus, people are really getting tired (or adapted) with this Russian examination system. Full of unfairness, though, ironically, I wouldn't say this if I were the one who got lucky. Lol. But shits happen all the time, why bother babbling about this, right?

Pointless post and rants, yet again.

So, yeah, in about 11 days (I literally got shocked when I just counted the days Im gonna end my fifth year study, you know, because in exam month, we don't really count the date, we actually prioritize ON WHAT DAY our examination will be). And, Ramadan is getting near too. Wow. Wowww. Its like, the distance really does feel like 'a blink of the eyes'. Still remember my last painstaking-not-going-back-but-i-want-too-go-back summer holiday in here. Ouh, and, urm remember mew mew that I used to cry of leaving him, well, he left us, like 1 week ago due to some blood cancer disease. I do feel proud of taking care of him last summer, perhaps, the best part of the previous summer was seeing, befriended him. What an adorable cat. I better stop talking about him, coz, this is really painful to even bear. Sigh.
Anyway, I really hope I can see him later there on the Above :)

Yes, I blog because I am stressed now. Or pretty much I am bored of looking at the notes. Yes, I used the term 'looking' instead of 'reading' for a reason, an obvious reason if you know what I mean.

This D'Masiv song- Jangang Menyerah really reminds me of Ramadan in Malaysia. I really need to get back to Malaysia. Oh yeah, what hurts the most right now is seeing my other friends from Nizhny Novgorod, and soon Moscow's now with all the status updates in airport and all. Geez, I guess I really can't wait or I really hate exams now.

So, let me blink my eye once or twice to go through this, and have my turn to update my own "Finally me a sixth year student of medschool but first let me take a selfie in Hagia Sophia".

2ND RULE OF POSITIVITY

Clarify and Prioritize
Learn to know what you want. If you know what you expect from yourself, your future becomes clear and your goals become attainable
• Clarify your purpose : A purpose is something you fulfill each moment when you are in balance with your life. (A purpose is a simple, positive statement of why you are here). A purpose isn’t a goal statement, which one can achieve.
• Discover your purpose: by identifying & prioritizing your most important roles in life (at home, at work, community etc) List the positive qualities that you aspire to possess: Honesty, Philanthropic, Accommodating, Tolerant etc.
• Visualize your future, with a clear picture in your mind of what you want to accomplish in your lifetime (you can become what you think you are and what you see). One of the most powerful techniques for achieving life goals is visualization (creating a mental image of something happening in future). Believing in and seeing your dreams can motivate you to become what you want to be.
• Set goals for yourself (To help your dreams for the future become a reality, you need to set short & long term goals) to stay on course.
To provide steady fuel for your energy, create a list of long term goals to be accomplished in life time & break them into several interim short term goals to help you chart your progress.

3RD RULE OF POSITIVITY

Be Resilient
Resilient people are those who face setbacks but ultimately, with perseverance, recover from them. Try and be strong and face life’s difficulties as challenges; respond accordingly with action, rather than with fear, self-pity, inferiority or blame. While life can be very challenging, an important step in becoming more resilient is to develop the habit of positive self talk and to remind yourself that you are strong and can grow stronger and wiser as you handle life’s challenges.

Laugh Away
Humor is the best medicine. Make laughter a part of your day. Laughter is known to be a mood elevator. When feeling low, read funny stories or go through a joke book. Allow yourself to open up. See the funny side of things and you will realize, life is a complex, yet funny game.

Be an Optimist
This is the golden rule to maintaining a positive attitude. Always believe in yourself. Being an optimist does not only mean to see the brighter side of life. To be an optimist means to view the surroundings wherein you maximize your strengths and achievements and minimize your weaknesses and apprehensions.

It is difficult to change yourself in a day But at least give it a try. A positive attitude in life will help you go places. Just curb that fear in you and move towards the right path!!
Remember, I CAN and I WILL.

Positif

Menjadi positif mungkin adalah satu benda baharu bagi hidup seseorang yang sudah terbiasa dengan berfikiran positif. Tiada erti kata mahupun kajian alami yang mengatakan bahawa manusia hanya akan mempunyai satu cas, yakni sama ada negatif mahupun positif. Masih ada peluang untuk mengubah prinsip.

Namun, perjalanan hidup yang optimis tetap akan berhadapan dengan sesuatu yang negatif, atau manusia itu sendiri yang negatif. Cumanya, sifat optimis yang positif dapat melangkaui ranjau kehidupan satu per satu, mengambil langkah yang jauh lebih kondusif terhadap dirinya terutamanya perihal masa hadapan.

Ingat, hidup tidak akan pernah akan senang, pasti ada bengkang bengkoknya. Optimis tidak akan memandangnya sebagai lurus, tapi suatu perjalanan yang membawanya ke jalan 'sebenar-benarnya' lurus.
